Organisation Chart

The “La Mancha Saffron R.C.D.O.” is the Monitoring Body which guarantees that the saffron protected by this Designation of Origin has been produced within the geographical region in accordance with the requisites established in its Terms and Conditions.   This has been inscribed in the Community Register of Protected Designations of Origin since 7^th of March 2001 – Regulation (EC) 464/2001-.

 

Non-profit-making entity constituted to defend and add prestige around the world to the saffron produced in the geographical region of La Mancha, in the provinces of Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca and Toledo.
